The only consistent time to reach me by phone is during my

regular available hours of Monday to Friday 10 am - 5 pm.

Even then, I am often unable to answer so please be prepared

to leave a message with your contact information.

Please include your name and your number in your message.

I choose to ignore messages that do not include both.

I return calls discreetly as soon as I can and only during the above

hours, unless stated otherwise in my outgoing phone message,

for example, to accommodate evening or weekend availability

or if we have made other arrangements through email.

In any case, my outgoing message is usually very clear. The absence of my personalized outgoing message usually means my availability for that day is yet to be determined. To be sure, have a look at my calendar, call back a little later or send me an email with your request.

In the event that I do answer, please greet me with your name and the purpose of your call, be it to request my time or to ask a few questions.

During a first time correspondence and until we have met, I appreciate you not using explicit language on the phone.

I may answer blocked calls, however I will offer only limited information at that time and until you provide your number to me so that I can call you right back.

Phoning is best for same day and next day requests. When planning

two or more days ahead, please email.
